 Kyle will be responsible for identifying key branch opportunities involving new sites, as well as acquisitions. He will select sites and be responsible for overseeing a team with buildouts, etc. In conversation with SET Marketing Director Rob K he made these comments:

 I like the compensation, the location and the challenge. This job allows me to stay relatively close to home. I was worried with the challenges in today's banking environment, whether I'd be able to find something. I also overcame issues of age, career changing (I'm a former NYC cop) and unemployment.

 Rob, you kept me motivated and focused. I loved how the resume painted a straight line from my earlier career in law enforcement to what I do now -- not an easy picture to paint. The resume broadcast loud and clear what I do and what I can do. You also helped expose me to some other industries that need my skills. The distributions got the word out to the right companies.
